The use of www.infinityreiki.net and the services of Infinity Reiki are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.  These Terms and Conditions apply to all site visitors, clients and other users of the site. 

Infinity Reiki is a site dedicated to empowering individuals to improve their lives through its system of Reiki support - blending Reiki treatments and the teaching of Reiki with guidance and group practise sessions. 

Information provided on the Site and in the Service are subject to change.  Infinity Reiki disclaims all liability for any inaccuracy, error, or incompleteness in the Content.

Disclaimer

Please read this disclaimer notice before scheduling an appointment or enrolling on a course. You acknowledge that Infinity Reiki programmes at all levels, treatments, practise and practise sessions are not designed to, and do not provide, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or cure for any medical condition, disease or illness. 

You understand that you should never disregard professional medical advice, nor delay in seeking it because of something you have learned, read or otherwise ascertained or obtained from any component of the Infinity Reiki programmes, treatments or events. 

Anything you learn or experience at Infinity Reiki programmes and treatments is not intended to replace the services of a trained health care professional or be a substitute for medical advice of physicians.  Infinity Reiki recommends that you consult a GP physician in all matters relating to your health, particularly with respect to any symptoms that may require diagnosis or medical attention. Infinity Reiki makes no respresentations or warranties with respect to any information or services offered or provided to you in any component of the programmes, treatments or events. 

This holistic training/guidance is not a substitute for the consultation of medical, or psychological professionals.  The holistic teaching/guidance is not legally binding. 

From time to time, Infinity Reiki may suggest products and/or services to you.  These are provided in good faith and in the understanding that you will operate your own judgement as to their suitability for you.  They are not to be taken as recommendations. 

When you schedule a Reiki Programme or Reiki treatment journey or make a purchase from or subscribe to www.infinityreiki.net it is assumed you have read and understood this disclaimer notice.  

Confidentiality & Special Concerns Information disclosed during the programmes or treatments is confidential and may not be disclosed to anyone without written permission from you, the client.  However, law require the following exceptions to client confidentiality.  

- Where there is is suspicion or evidence of child or elder abuse or where there is reasonable suspicion that the client presents danger to self or others.  

- Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group sessions as other clients will be present.  In this instance there is a general understanding that the group session is a “safe space” and that nothing discussed in the group will be disclosed outside of it.  The above exceptions remain. 

Cancellation, Re-Schedule, Refund Policy Treatments When an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved for you, the client. Infinity Reiki requires a full 24 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules for Reiki treatments.  If you choose for any reason not to attend or choose to reschedule an appointment without providing 24 hours notice, the full fee will be charged. Programmes and retreats When you enrol on a programme or retreat your place is reserved.  Infinity Reiki will refund 50% of the cost or roll over the cost to the next programme of the same level if 14 days notice or more is given.  If you choose for any reason not to attend or choose to reschedule without the 14 days notice, the full fee will be charged.

Disruptive behaviour I am committed to providing all participants in Infinity Reiki with a positive experience.  As a result Infinity Reiki may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend or terminate your participation in any of its programmes or sessions without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if: You become disruptive or difficult to work with; You fail to follow the Programme guidelines; You impair the participation of the Programme instructor or participants in the Programme.

Pricing, Terms and Conditions Disclaimer The information and prices on this Website are provided as a service to our clients, prospective clients and others.  I have made every effort to ensure that all prices, terms and conditions are complete and accurate at the time of publication.  Prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and will be confirmed when you place your order.

COVID-19 Currently all sessions will be held via Zoom until further notice.  When in-person sessions can resume they will be conducted in accordance with the Covid-19 Government Guidelines in effect at the time of appointment.
